First we connect with you and get to know you better. This stage is all about finding out what inspires you. We learn about your interests, your travel goals, and your past travel experiences. Once we have a clear picture of your ideal vacation, we’ll discuss the next steps in planning your trip along with our fees.

Next we draw on our wealth of knowledge and experience to create the perfect itinerary for you. With laser focus, we map out the details that will take your trip from memorable to unforgettable. Your travel plan is 100% personalized and unique. During this stage, you can participate as much as you like.

Prepare For Takeoff

With your itinerary finalized and booked, we’ll stay in touch and help you prepare for your trip. As your departure date draws closer, we like to send surprise updates about the highlights we’ve got planned for you. (Think of it like getting an early peek at your Christmas presents.) In this stage, we’ll also be coordinating with our local connections at your destination.

As part of our travel planning service and our consulting sessions, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about your upcoming trip. You’ll learn how to avoid headaches and maximize convenience.

On-Demand Booking

Planning your own trip but want to avoid the hassle of booking? We offer on-demand booking services for hotels, air, and cruises. Be sure to ask about our preferred hotels, many of which are unique and upscale properties.

Price Info

Tailored Travel Planning

$55 per day of travel for up to 4 people, with an additional $10/person/day thereafter. This is our flagship service that includes your custom travel plan and booking/reservations.

There is a last-minute booking surcharge of 50% for trip requests within 30 days of travel or within 90 days of Christmas/New Year’s holiday travel.

Consulting Sessions

One-on-one phone or video chat with an experienced advisor to answer your travel and destination-specific questions. We will also provide recommendations for hotel options.
